Terms & Conditions


Arrival Times:

  • Check in for accommodation in Cabins and En Suite Sites is available from 2pm and for caravan & camping sites from 12noon

  • Should you arrive prior to these times and your room/site is not available, you are welcome to use the park facilities

  • Where your expected arrival time is after 6.00pm, please contact us to make arrangements


Departure Times:

  • Accommodation check out is by 10am and 11am for Caravan/Camping Sites

  • Time Extensions may be arranged with prior notice; subject to availability. Please contact us on 03 5182 5063 to discuss your specific needs. (Additional fees may apply)


Deposits:

  • All Non-Peak periods a deposit of one night's tariff, prior to discounts, must be paid in order to secure the booking

  • School holidays, long weekends, public holidays and local special events a deposit of 50% must be paid in advance with full payment required 2 weeks prior to arrival date


Other Information:

  • There is only one car per site. If you have additional cars, trailers or boats they must be parked in our Visitor Car Park area at the front of the park or elsewhere by arrangement with management

  • Dogs are welcome within the Park in accordance with the our Dog Policy, however no dog is permitted inside the Cabins or Amenities Block

  • All Cabins and Indoor Entertainment Areas are Non-Smoking


Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations notified outside of the following times will receive a refund once the booking has been relet in its entirety. Failure to advise of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, may result in your booking being cancelled without any refund to you. Any changes to your reservation are subject to availability

  • School holidays, long weekends, public holidays and local special events - cancellations or changes must be notified at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival

  • All other times, a full refund will be given provided the cancellation or change is notified at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations after this time-frame may incur a $20 cancellation fee

  • Some rates or packages may not be changed and/or cancelled and will be advised in the individual conditions at the time of booking and on your confirmation

  • All bookings made with a credit card will incur a $5.00 processing fee upon cancellation

  • No refunds will be given for an early departure


Pets are welcome within the Park in accordance with the our Pet Policy;

Pet Policy:

  • Pets are NOT permitted inside cabins / en suites / park facilities

  • Pets must be restrained at all times

  • Pets' droppings must be collected and disposed of responsibly (dog droppings collection bags are located on Receptions Veranda)

  • Pets may not cause a nuisance to other guests (e.g. constant or excessive barking or intimidation)

The owner will be asked to remove the pet if these requests are not complied with.
